Eggs benedict!

Been slacking at home and doing practically nothing but facing the laptop most of the time. Decided to go through a few recipes and came across eggs benedict. I've always been a breakfast person, but usually I don't wake up in time or have no time for it. I'd grab a pack of crackers and munch them down on the way to class.

Since I have ample time and resources at home, decided to give this a go. Turns out pretty well, a little too much lemon juice and over melted the butter into a brownish residue. Nevertheless, it was pretty good for a first attempt. It's actually poached eggs with Hollandaise sauce in short. Supposed to be served over an English muffin and Canadian bacon, but had none so I had this with mom's grilled chicken.



Next up: Panna cotta with raspberries and pistachio tuille! Inspiration from Junior Masterclass that I've been catching on every Tuesday. Puts myself to shame if I can't cook while these kids at a mere age of 10 can.
