First week in Bristol

Pretty settled down now in Bristol with 99% done with all the shopping for toiletries, never ending groceries, necessities and did pretty good shopping for clothes. H&M's dirt cheap when it comes to sales and Primark's loveeeeee. Bought this new pair of comfy flats for only 6 pounds (RM 30).

Groceries and utensils shopping at Ikea, Tesco and Wai Yee Hong, a chinese supermarket on the second day:

Healthy breakfast day
Grocery shopping day

Lunch for 4!

I really did bring my luggage bag along to fill up with pots and pans :/

Unloading groceries
What's in my bag lololol
Love berries!

People here really drink a lot.

Dinner with Voon Hon and Jia Xin's housemates in the city. Had Chinese, and it's kind of ironic how my dad keeps telling me back at home that I can't afford to step into a Chinese restaurant cause it's really expensive but I'm already there on my second day. It's like us paying for good Western food in Malaysia but now in reverse.

Part of the city

Reminds me of home so much.
Food was really good though it costed us 12 pounds each. :/  New friends brought us to tour the city a bit and to the harbour side for sight seeing.

One of the biggest restaurant joints in UK

One of the famous clubs in Bristol

The famous casino in Bristol ;)

Took a cab back to campus cause there was no more buses as it was pretty late. My first time in a cab here was pretty alright. Shared among 4 so it was 4 pounds each. Well without converting, everything seems cheap here. Gotta get used to it without secretly converting each and every penny in my head.

Heading to London tomorrow for a day trip while classes commence on Monday. Excited to finally fulfill one of my wishes! Updates soon!
