Decided to go on a picnic at Desa Park City the other day with K and I thought I'd make something special for him. Came across the recipe last year through a blogger and didn't have the chance to make it till now. Slept only 4 hours the previous night and woke up early at 8.30am just to make this as the whole procedure would consume around 8-9 hours.
Bought the ingredients the previous day right after work. And these stuff ain't cheap. Cost me about RM 50 for everything, but it was worth it. Was so afraid that it wouldn't turn out right in time for the picnic but it all turned out well.
Couldn't remember the blogger's link for the recipe and so I googled it. Obtained the recipe from this site:

Halved the portion cause I think it's too much and it turned out right.

Ingredients! |
Crushing the digestive biscuits with a fork till my arms grew muscles! Didn't have a food processor for it. :/ |
Realised I forgot to cut the edges of the baking paper and the shape turned out funny for the sides.
Gelatine for the cheese to solidify |
Cream cheese |
To fasten up the melting process. |
Poking holes in the base |
Strawberry hearts. X |
Setting in the strawbies before chilling it |
Used raspberry jelly cause I couldn't find strawberry flavour but it turned out okay |
Excited to cut it! |
Soooo happy when it turned out well. But my cutting skills weren't that superb. |
Some other sausages with berries for our picnic |
Brat who couldn't stop barking! |
Date for the day :) |
Sat on the grass by the lake just watching the dogs and enjoying the serenity while devouring my cheesecake and sausages while he fed me. One of my wishes fulfilled. :)
Thank you K.
