Walks, talks and blisters

English paper ended yesterday, one hour paper but deadly. Didn't have much time to complete an essay and reading; which was comprehension actually. Panicked like nobody's business. Anyways, its already over and I'll just anticipate the results which will be out next week after the break. One paper for mid sem exams, awesome or what.

Decided to go to Empire, the newly built mall behind of Subang Parade. Nothing much there, more of food shops there. Stoned in Popular for a bit and headed to Toys'r'us. Relived our childhood days checking out the toys there. Realised that I didn't really play much toys while I was younger, probably more of the computer. :S

Headed to Subang Parade for McDonalds; again. I'm getting so sick of Mcdonalds already. I shall refrain from eating it from now onwards. Fattening max some more. Shuddering at the thought of it. And the tour guide of the day had Mega mac.

Looks like Mcdonald's a cheat. Look at the size of the beef patties compared to the bread.

Didn't want to go home after that, so we headed to Lowyat plaza. I must say, I'm quite ashamed of myself. Going to Kl almost every year without fail, yet I've never been there, having no idea how to take the public transport and I need the help of someone not local here to guide me. :S Went to check out computer stuff, and Blackberry's. Tour guide kept persuading me to get a BB. =.= Lowest price we got offered for Bold 2 was RM 1500. Awesome or what.

Lowyat was quite an eye opener for me. Packed with stalls, everyone promoting, saying 'yes?' when you go near them. Went to Sungei Wang plaza to check out Blackberrys too. Then headed to Times Square cos I've never been there except during the trip last year which I didn't even walk around in it properly. Got excited by myself looking at the rollercoaster spin. I must be mad.

Walked till my feet were sore and suffering from blisters. Plasters didn't help too. Stupid pair of flats. Wouldn't have worn them if not for the fact that there was an exam. Had to abide by the dress code. If not for that I'd wear my comfortable Praia's which I do everyday.

Had dinner at Jalan Alor, a street where many expatriates visit for food. Never been there before, have to really thank the tour guide.

Went to bintang walk for abit, admired the city night life before hopping on the monorail back to Subang. Night lights made me feel like I was in Tokyo or NYC. Lol.

Laughed our asses off at the Mcd ad.

Best thing was looking at the lights of KL tower and twin tower on the monorail while sitting down after 12 hours of walking with sore and blistered feet. And was pretty happy that we got seats on the bus though we had to stand at first. Talked about everything under the sun made the ride back home seemed faster.

Hilton and Le Meridien

Awesome day I had. Thank you to the tour guide of the day (:
